Registered Dietitian-Nutritionists (RDNs) have extensive training in nutrition sciences and are accredited nationwide to provide nutrition counseling services. This includes medical nutrition therapy, which means they are uniquely qualified to work with specific medical conditions. All RDNs complete coursework in nutrition and food science, complete a supervised internship, and pass a national board exam.

All sessions are conducted virtually at this time.

In addition to speaking with your dietitian regularly for support, you will also receive educational handouts, guides and meal plans. You will also have access to a user friendly messaging system where you can contact your dietitian in between sessions for immediate support. This system also allows for both the RDN and client to upload forms and other documents, such as pictures of your meals.

If you are hesitant to jump right into individual sessions, or prefer to learn in a group setting, group sessions are a great way to get familiar with my approach and education style. These sessions will also allow you to connect with others who have similar health and wellness goals.

Clients can cancel sessions directly via the scheduling system. However, she does require at least 24 hours notice or there is a cancellation fee. For specific questions, please feel free to contact her directly.
